Mission : The mission of the Iota Kappa Chapter is to create a diverse sisterhood comprised of members from all sections of the band while providing dedicated and constant service to our band and community. We are an active and strong sisterhood that works to remain close, and strives to become even more cohesive and supportive of each other with every passing day.

Vision : The Iota Kappa chapter of Tau Beta Sigma is dedicated to active participation in our chapter and community, with the goal of creating a unified and supportive sisterhood that remains close forever. We envision our chapter strengthening its bonds with our Brothers of Kappa Kappa Psi through service and fellowship together.
